Artificial Intelligence Policy.

At AI-News.TV, we believe that Artificial Intelligence has the power to accelerate journalism, enhance research, and improve the way information is delivered to readers. However, we also recognise the importance of transparency, responsibility, and human oversight in the use of AI technologies. Our AI Policy outlines how we integrate AI tools into our editorial and operational processes, how we ensure accuracy and integrity, and how we protect our readers’ trust.

How We Use AI

AI technologies support our virtual newsroom by assisting with research, content drafting, data processing, transcription, and publishing automation. These tools help us work more efficiently, monitor global developments, and deliver timely coverage in fast-moving areas such as Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. AI is primarily used to generate draft outline, summarise external sources, extract key information from reports, and streamline workflows such as newsletter creation and publishing scheduling. It may also support headline suggestions, SEO optimisation, image generation, and formatting. However, AI does not independently publish content, nor does it make editorial decisions. We the humans of AI News Agency write our content assisted by AI.

Human Oversight

All published content undergoes human review. Every article, whether AI-assisted or human-written, is checked by an editor for accuracy, clarity, tone, and context before publication. Editors verify sources, facts, dates, figures, quotes, and technical claims to ensure they reflect credible and verifiable information. Human reviewers also ensure that content adheres to our editorial standards, avoids bias, and maintains a clear, accessible writing style.
We do not publish fully automated articles without human intervention. Human editorial judgment always has final authority.

Source Integrity and Fact-Checking

We are committed to ensuring that AI-assisted content is based on reliable, reputable sources. We do not rely solely on AI outputs for factual claims. Instead, we validate information through trusted sources such as official company announcements, academic papers, regulatory documents, verified journalists, reputable industry reports, and established cybersecurity researchers.
We actively prevent the publication of AI-generated hallucinations, speculative claims presented as facts, or unverified information.

Transparency

When AI has played a significant role in the creation of an article, we may disclose this within the content or in an accompanying note where appropriate. All sponsored or promotional content developed with AI involvement is clearly labelled to ensure transparency.
We never use AI to impersonate individuals, create fabricated interviews, invent quotes, or misrepresent information.

Ethical Principles

Our use of AI follows the principles of responsibility, accuracy, and respect for our audience. We do not use AI to produce harmful, misleading, discriminatory, or unethical content. We avoid sensationalism and misleading narratives, and we do not publish AI-generated material that could cause reputational, legal, or security risks.
We also take special care when reporting on cybersecurity, ensuring that we do not provide detailed instructions that could enable cyberattacks or exploitation of vulnerabilities.

Privacy and Personal Data

We do not use AI systems to collect, infer, or profile personal information about our readers. AI tools used for analytics or content optimisation operate on aggregated or anonymised data when applicable.
We do not generate content that exposes personal data, confidential information, or private identities without explicit consent.

Image and Media Generation

AI-generated images or visuals are used to illustrate articles when appropriate and when they do not misrepresent reality. In fact 90% are on our platform. When imagery is AI-generated, we aim to ensure it is clearly contextualised and does not depict real individuals without consent. We avoid creating misleading visuals that could be interpreted as authentic documentation of real events.

Automation and Publishing

AI supports parts of our publishing process, including formatting, metadata generation, newsletter compilation, and scheduling. However, no automated system publishes content directly to the website or newsletters without human approval. Final publication always requires human validation.

Continuous Improvement

AI technologies evolve rapidly, and so does our approach. We regularly review and update our practices to ensure they remain ethical, transparent, and aligned with industry standards, regulatory developments, and audience expectations. We welcome feedback from readers, partners, and experts to improve our policies and practices.

Accountability

The Editor-in-Chief retains full editorial responsibility for all published content, including AI-assisted materials. If inaccuracies or errors are identified, we will correct them promptly and transparently. We are committed to maintaining the trust of our readers and ensuring that AI enhances, rather than undermines, the quality and credibility of our journalism.
