That’s barely a premium over the S&P 500 average of 21, which is frankly absurd for a company growing at this pace.
But Huang isn’t just counting the money. He’s already mapping out the next phase of the revolution. He speaks of two major shifts:
Agentic AI: Moving beyond simple question-and-answer bots to AI agents that can understand a complex goal and execute a multi-step plan to achieve it. Think of an AI travel agent that not only finds flights but also books them, arranges transport, and reserves your favourite restaurant, all from a single command.
Physical AI: This is where things get really interesting. Huang describes this as connecting the digital intelligence of AI to the physical world through robotics and autonomous systems. As CFO Colette Kress puts it, this is a “multitrillion-dollar opportunity.” We’re talking about AI-powered factories, autonomous delivery drones, and robots that can interact with the world as seamlessly as humans do.
These aren’t just fanciful ideas; they represent the next evolution of AI computing infrastructure. Agentic and physical AI will require even more specialised, powerful, and efficient computing platforms. And, you guessed it, Nvidia is building them.
They are not just a component supplier anymore. They are the foundational layer upon which entire new industries will be built.
